Johnson Controls Fountain

Xypex Concentrate and Megamix I waterproofed and protected the fountain and water feature at Johnson Control’s headquarters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Xypex products protected the fountain from water loss as well as rehabilitated the surrounding concrete surfaces. 

Megamix I was applied as a 1/8” cap coat over the 2 lb/sq.yd. layer of Concentrate to provide a more aesthetic finish and provide better freeze thaw resistance. After an inspection one year into the fountain’s service-life, no defects were found even with temperatures below freezing in the winter months.
