LA Fitness – Clearwater

The LA Fitness Center basketball court is 4,752 sq.ft. and located three to four feet below grade. The court is subject to hydrostatic pressure from the high water table. The existing vapor barrier failed and led to water intrusion from the slab, and stem walls. This also caused the wood flooring to peel. Xypex Concentrate and Modified repaired and waterproofed the floor, cold joints, expansion joints, slab floor and tie holes. To date, the project remains dry.
