Residences at the Inn at 5th

Xypex Admix C-1000 NF admixutre was used in this one-storey below-grade foundation, slab and walls, to waterproof 1,500 cubic yards of this concrete structure. This project is located three city blocks from the Gulf of Mexico and if subject to extreme hydrostatic pressure. This one storey below-grade foundation will be utilized as a parking garage. Above the garage will be 51 hotel units, 62 multifamily residential units, including a restaurant and swimming pool. The concrete placement was competed at night due to the high commercial and residential traffic.
