Sanitary Sewer Manholes

OHM Engineering specified Xypex Bio-San C500 on their sanitary sewer extension project. It involved 2 force mains feeding into the new sewer and to ensure the concrete was protected, they specified the Bio-San C500 additive. The two manholes are 72” diameter, one is 12’ tall and the other is 17’ totaling approximately 20 cubic yards. Carlesimo Products produced the precast structures. As a result of the success of this project, OHM is considering using Bio-San C500 on an additional 28 manholes.
