St. Clair County Administration Basement

Xypex Admix C-2000 was blended into the concrete mix to waterproof and protect the basement slab of this structure. The basement is 13 ft. below the river and has to withstand anticipated flood levels. Xypex proved to be the right choice. No water seepage was detected in this area even though heavy rainfall occurred during construction.
