Xypex Concentrate DS-1 was used to treat the balcony structures on The Fordham Condominium Building located two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean. DS-1 was to provide, in addition to waterproofing and crack sealing capabilities, chloride protection due to close proximity to the ocean.
