Tralee Apartments

Xypex was chosen to waterproof and protect the parking structure and retaining walls at the Tralee Apartment complex. Prior to the application, the sprinkler system was running every day and water was coming through the concrete and causing damage. Xypex Concentrate White, Modified White and Patch’n Plug were all used to prevent water intrusion from the negative. Since the application, the structure remains dry and the Xypex white products help with the aesthetics of the building.
