Village 21 – Mixed Use Development

Village 21 is a mixed use four-story building with 103 apartments, 17,740 square feet of retail space and a structured parking garage with 182 spaces. Xypex Admix C-500 NF was used to waterproof and protect the dewatering pit in the foundation of the building.
